Additional Online Program Evaluation Resources
Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research (PMER) e-Learning Series on HealTorture.org, developed by CVT’s Partners in Trauma Healing (PATH) project. This course is designed for staff who conduct evaluation but who may not be formally trained in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E). As a series of 5 self-guided units – Introduction, Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research – it provides further detail about each of the topics covered in NCB’s Fundamentals: Program Evaluation lesson. Each unit ranges from 30-55 minutes in length.
HealTorture Evaluation Page – This collection on HealTorture.org includes many different resources on the topic of evaluation including: webinars, publications, and tools helpful in using program evaluation. It provides information on measuring, planning, data collection, evaluation, and presenting your data.
Switchboard(link is external) – implemented by the International Rescue Committee, Switchboard includes resources, eLearning content, a blog, and more. These materials span a variety of content areas, including monitoring and evaluation. Switchboard is especially relevant for refugee service providers, but can be helpful to a wider range of organization types as well.

The American Evaluation Association(link is external) is a professional association of evaluators. Their website provides information about events, professional resources, capacity building materials, and other opportunities.
