This Virtual Town Meeting (VTM) with the Office of Refugee Resettlement was held on January 27, 2026, to train and discuss on “A Review of Financial Requirements and Processes for SOT (Survivor of Torture) Program Recipients”. Description: The Office of Refugee Resettlement is facilitating a training session for Survivors of Torture (SOT) Program recipients on the financial requirements and processes for the SOT grant. Representatives from ORR, the Office of Grants Management, and the Program Support Center will discuss the functions of each office and provide an overview of financial reporting, budget-related grant actions, and payment processing. Participants will then have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the topic with the speakers.

Enter “Recipient” in the search field. This will generate a list of training documents. To start, select “Recipient Training Materials.”
