This webinar reviews a study from NCB regarding the storage and interpretation of information that is gathered by centers around the country. The uses of reports are important in the day-to-day business of organizations by providing information to advocacy groups, the board of directors, funders, and others on the successes of the group. Barriers develop in the collecting of data from clients, unorganized data processing, and inaccurate data resulting in loss of funding or other problems. The ORR has a list of seventeen guidelines for compiling data for centers that work with torture survivors. This webinar offers methods for inputting and tracking information in the format the ORR and other organizations require.
