Trauma Informed Care (TIC) for Survivors of Torture

The Center for Victims of Torture’s National Capacity Building Project and our partner, The Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma, are excited to provide a one-day online symposium for all ORR SOT Grant Recipient providers.

Mission of the CoP Symposium

Teach TIC and provide lessons learned from CoP Groups for enhancing SOT services.

**Dr. Marjorie Agosín is the Andrew Mellon Professor at Wellesley College, a poet, essay writer, and novelist and HPRT’s Poet Laurate.
*** Dr. Sadie Elisseou is an internationally recognized expert in trauma informed care, physician creator of TIC system of care. Harvard Medical School and VA Hospital Faculty.
**** Eugene F. Augusterfer, LCSW, Deputy Director of the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma.
