This Virtual Town Meeting, held on April 8, 2025, was sponsored by the Office of Refugee Resettlement and facilitated by the National Capacity Building Project. It features Cecelia Musgrave (LPC), Case Manager & Counselor at the Carolina Survivor Clinic. Cecelia discusses how programs spend a lot of time and resources on intensive case management and care coordination to assist vulnerable survivors and their families who are impacted by adverse social and environmental factors. This session explores ways to effectively address these concerns.

Presenter
Cecelia Musgrave (LPC) | Case Manager & Counselor | Carolina Survivor Clinic
Cecelia Musgrave is a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years’ experience working in the mental health field. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in mental health counseling. She has worked in residential, home/community, outpatient, and school-based settings with children, adults, and families. Her interests include both micro and macro levels of intervention with a focus on family and community wellness, early intervention, crisis management, trauma resolution and resilience, and social justice. She has experience working with people throughout the life span, ranging from 21 months to late adulthood; and experience working with individual who are neurodivergent. She is currently a case manager and counselor for Carolina Survivors Clinic at Prisma Health.
