This presentation was recorded during the FY2023 ORR Recipient Meeting. The theme for this learning session is “How to strengthen the medical care of survivors of torture in the ORR-funded SOT programs.” The panelists discussed their respective experiences and programs in medical provisions for improving health outcomes of torture survivors, the barriers and needs of survivors, and practical areas of treatment services delivery for effective coordination and integration of other key SOT service domains of behavioral health, legal and social services.
