ORR SOT Eligibility Guidelines Revised 2023 Training

Goal:  The Goal of this training is to provide a detailed review of the newly revised Eligibility Determination Guidelines for the Survivors of Torture Program to SOT recipients.

Objectives:

• Increase awareness of the need for revisions and the major changes to the eligibility guidelines.
• Increase understanding of eligibility by reviewing key elements of the definition of torture and analyzing and discussing cases.
• Increase knowledge of documentation, resources, and best practices for making eligibility determinations.
