The Bellevue/NYU Program for Survivors of Torture program developed this guidebook to help survivors prepare for their families arrival in the U.S. The book is broken up into several topically relevant sections (ie: immigration, health, education, etc) and is set up as a user-friendly checklist.

Post asylum assessment guide

This assessment guide was developed by the Bellevue/NYU Program for Survivors of Torture for use with torture survivors who have been granted asylum and are anticipating reuniting with members of their family. The measure collects demographic, social/legal needs, public assistance information to help plan for eventual arrival of family members.
