NCB is providing an opportunity for clinicians to ask each other questions, share observations and adapted telehealth protocols for the SoT population via an online forum and technical exchange. This conversation will be a forum for peer-led informational exchange. NCB staff will assist in facilitating and monitoring the conversation.

Senior Reasearcher and Evaluation Manager, The Center for Victims of Torture

Greg Vinson, PhD is a Senior Researcher and Evaluation Manager at the Center for Victims of Torture in Minneapolis-St.Paul.  He received his PhD in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, with an emphasis in statistics and measurement.  Dr. Vinson plans and oversees evaluation, measurement, and research efforts for domestic and international CVT programs, consults and collaborates with universities, governments, & other NGOs, and conducts and presents evaluation and research findings to local, national, and international audiences.  In addition to working in human rights, his professional interests include cross-cultural measurement, outcome evaluation in resource-limited environments, mixed qualitative and quantitative research methods, and applied psychology, generally.
