Board Café is the electronic newsletter exclusively for members of nonprofit boards of directors. Board Café offers a menu of ideas, information, opinion, news, and resources to help board members give and get the most out of board service. There are over 70 issues in the archive. Charity Channel
The CharityChannel community is comprised of nonprofit sector professionals from around the world who volunteer their time, advice, information, tips and articles for the benefit of the community. CharityChannel directs the information through this vast network, approves, edits and/or packages it up, and directs it back out through: Forum discussion lists, enewsletters, updated news links, book reviews, interviews, job postings, consultants listings and product/service listings.

Council on Foundations
The Council on Foundations is a membership organization of more than 2,000 grantmaking foundations and giving programs worldwide. They provide leadership expertise, legal services and networking opportunities - among other services - to their members and to the general public.

The Foundation Center
Established in 1956, the Foundation Center is today supported by more than 600 foundations. The Center maintains the most comprehensive database on U.S. grantmakers and their grants — a robust, accessible knowledge bank for the sector. It also operates research, education, and training programs designed to advance philanthropy at every level. The Center's web site receives more than 47,000 visits each day, and thousands of people gain access to free resources in its five regional library/learning centers and its national network of more than 325 Cooperating Collections.

The Foundation Directory Online
The FoundationCenter provides an online directory of foundations with a summary of the foundation’s contact information, areas of funding interest, grant recipients, grant amounts and regional areas of giving.

Funders Online
Funders Online (site in German/English) is an initiative of the European Foundation Centre. The mission of the European Foundation Centre (EFC) is to promote and underpin the work of foundations and corporate funders in the New Europe. The Information and Communications programme of the EFC provides a public record and a public information service on foundations and corporate funders active in Europe.

The Grantsmanship Center
TGCI offers grantsmanship training and low-cost publications to nonprofit organizations and government agencies. TGCI conducts workshops in grantsmanship and proposal writing.

Grants.gov is your source to find and apply for Federal government grants. There are over 1,000 grant programs offered by all Federal grant making agencies.
